We want every homeowner who reaches Directorsenormous Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

When the Problem Is a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the contractor directly and keep written notes.

Please still tell us. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Keep in mind that Directorsenormous Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work or make decisions for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@directorsenormous.garden and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the contractor
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The contractor's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
